Justin Tucker has established himself as one of the most accurate and clutch kickers in NFL history, transitioning his collegiate success into a celebrated professional career with the Baltimore Ravens. After distinguishing himself by kicking the game-winning field goal in a historic rivalry game for the University of Texas Longhorns in 2011, Justin Tucker signed as an undrafted free agent with the Baltimore Ravens in May 2012. He quickly established himself as the team’s starting kicker, converting all 42 extra point attempts and 30 of 33 field goal attempts in his debut season. Tuckers clutch performance continued into the 2012-13 NFL playoffs, where he secured a victory in the Divisional Round against the Denver Broncos with a 47-yard field goal in double overtime, propelling the Ravens to the AFC Championship Game.
He further solidified his impact by contributing to the Ravens’ Super Bowl XLVII win against the San Francisco 49ers in 2013, earning his first Super Bowl ring. That same year, Tucker kicked a game-winning 61-yard field goal against the Detroit Lions, was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Month for November, and earned his first First-team All-Pro and Pro Bowl selections. Tucker continued to be a pillar of consistency for the Ravens, earning additional AFC Special Teams Player of the Month honors in November 2014, September 2016, November 2017, September 2018, and October 2019. His exceptional performance led to multiple contract extensions, including a four-year, $16.8 million deal with the Ravens in 2016 and another four-year, $23.05 million contract in 2019.
Beyond his athletic achievements, Tucker is a classically trained bass-baritone, capable of singing opera in seven languages, a unique talent he has showcased in various public appearances and charitable efforts.
