White Lung, a prominent Canadian punk rock band formed in 2006 in Vancouver, British Columbia, quickly established themselves as a standout act within the vibrant Vancouver Emergency Room scene. The band, consisting of Mish Barber-Way (vocals), Kenneth William (guitars), and Anne-Marie Vassiliou (drums), garnered critical acclaim with their debut album, “It’s the Evil,” which was named Punk Album of the Year by Exclaim! in 2010. This recognition set the stage for their dynamic career, showcasing their raw energy and innovative sound.
In 2012, White Lung released their sophomore album, “Sorry,” which received widespread praise from notable publications such as Spin, Pitchfork, and Rolling Stone.
