Adam Buxton

Adam Buxton is an acclaimed podcaster, actor, and writer, known for his collaborative work with Joe Cornish and his successful solo career. After his initial television appearance on Channel 4’s ‘Takeover TV’ in 1995, Adam Buxton quickly co-formed the acclaimed comedy duo Adam and Joe with Joe Cornish. Their seminal collaboration led to ‘The Adam and Joe Show,’ which aired on Channel 4 from 1996 to 2001, captivating audiences with its inventive and humorous television, including unique segments like toy-themed parodies and ‘Baaad Dad’ features. The duo further expanded their reach into radio, hosting popular shows on Xfm and BBC Radio 6 Music, with their BBC Radio 6 Music programme earning a Silver Sony Award in 2012 for Best Entertainment Programme.

More recently, he provided the voice for Klaus Kickenklober in the animated feature film ‘Sing 2’ in 2021. Buxton continues to engage audiences through his ongoing ‘Bug’ show tours, blending comedy and music video commentary, and makes regular appearances on popular panel shows such as ‘8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown.’ His upcoming projects include the highly anticipated memoir ‘I Love You, Byeee,’ scheduled for release in 2025, which details his television career and personal journey.
