Alisa Reyes

Alisa Reyes was born on February 3, 1981, in New York City, New York. She began her career early, modeling at the age of eight and later attending The Professional Performing Arts School in NYC, where she focused on musical theater. Her television debut included a 1991 episode of “Reading Rainbow” and an appearance in Mariah Carey’s 1992 music video for “Make It Happen.” Her career gained significant traction when she became one of the original cast members of Nickelodeon’s sketch comedy show “All That,” appearing for seasons 1-3 (1994-1997) and returning for season 11. She continued her television work on NBC’s “One World,” portraying Marci Blake, which earned her a Hollywood Young Star Award.

Reyes further expanded her acting portfolio with roles across various networks. She voiced LaCienega Boulevardez in Disney Channel’s animated series “The Proud Family” from 2001-2005 and reprised the role for the 2022 revival, “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder.” Her film credits include “Sisters” (2023) and “Break Even” (2020), among others such as “Daze,” “The Biz,” and “FreezerBurn.” She also takes on producing roles, notably for the documentary “The Orange Years: The Nickelodeon Story” (2018), which is streaming on Hulu, and “Girls Will Be Girls” (pre-production).

Beyond acting and producing, Reyes has launched a music career, releasing singles like “Back & Forth” and “Sexy Hot.” She was also part of the girl group “3G’s,” contributing a song to “The Princess Diaries Soundtrack.” Reyes dedicates time to charitable endeavors, supporting organizations such as The American Cancer Society, Make a Wish, and the Ronald McDonald House. She sits on the board for the California Dance Institute. In addition to her entertainment work, she has engaged in voice jockeying for Sirius 198 channel and hosted “The Alisa Reyes Show” podcast. She coaches acting to both children and adults and is a motivational speaker.
