Andrew Cohen is internationally renowned as an American spiritual teacher and speaker, he is the founder of Evolutionary Enlightenment, which Cohen asserts is a unique form of ‘enlightened awareness’. Cohen teaches his beliefs surrounding the aspects on the human psyche, the process of cultural development and the evolution of humanity as an ongoing process. In 2013, Cohen was named No 28 on Watkins Books’ Spiritual 100 list.

Born and raised in New York City, Cohen experiences a life-changing awakening in 1986 when he met H.W.L Poonja. Cohen is celebrated for bringing the teachings of enlightenment to contemporary audiences, sharing his philosophy with his vast audiences. Over three decades of teaching, he has touched the lives of many individuals, influencing people throughout seven countries. His dedicated community have become known as EnlightenNext, with several centres worldwide.

Cohen was the editor-in-chief of the award-winning EnlightenNext magazine, which shared spiritual questions and theory with many leaders and philosophers.
