Bianca Del Rio, known officially as Roy Haylock, is an American drag queen, comedian, actor, and costume designer, who gained global recognition after winning the sixth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Her career spans numerous stand-up comedy tours, film roles, and theatrical performances, establishing her as a prominent figure in entertainment. After winning the sixth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race in 2014, Bianca Del Rio solidified her global status as a drag icon and comedian. Her victory marked her as the second contestant to reach the finale without lip-syncing for her life, and the first to navigate the entire competition without ever placing low or in the bottom, becoming the series’ first Hispanic winner.

Her subsequent Unsanitized Tour ran from 2021 to 2022, and she received a Queerty Award for Drag Royalty in 2022. Most recently, Bianca Del Rio launched her Dead Inside Tour (2024-2025), performing for sold-out audiences globally. In 2024, her work on The Pit Stop garnered significant industry recognition, being named an Honoree for the Webby Awards in the Video, Long Form category, and winning the Webby Award for Video, Variety & Reality. Looking ahead, Del Rio is slated to star as Madame Pernelle in an off-Broadway production of Tartuffe, announced for 2025, continuing to showcase her versatile talents across stage and screen.
