Australia Brad McMurray has established a career as a versatile Australian actor, transitioning from early creative pursuits to significant roles in film, television, and theatre.
Brad is now Managing Director of the QLD branch of McLeod Casting, expanding his skillset into the world of casting.
Brad offers Private Acting Coaching specialising in the Eric Morris Method, Career Consults and Self Tape Services. He and his partner Brittany Girven set up The Actors Club studio in Parkwood.

Born in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, on February 2, 1971, Brad McMurray initially pursued a 12-year career as a chef and developed a passion for martial arts, achieving a 2nd-degree Black Belt. His innate interest in performing led him to seek acting opportunities in the mid-1990s, where he began securing small roles in commercials, television series, and feature films. This early engagement prompted a shift in his professional focus, leading him to fully commit to an acting career.
McMurray further honed his craft by graduating in 2005 from the Queensland University of Technology’s Bachelor of Fine Arts (Acting) program, where he studied the Eric Morris System of Acting. His talent was recognized during this period when he played the lead in the graduating class’s production of Bertolt Brecht’s BAAL, directed by Michael Gow. This academic background provided a foundation for his subsequent extensive career in the entertainment industry.
Over more than two decades, Brad McMurray has accumulated over 75 professional acting credits, working with notable industry figures such as Harvey Keitel, Cuba Gooding Jr., Sam Worthington, and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. He has been featured on major television networks and streaming services, demonstrating a broad range in his performances. In addition to his acting career, McMurray has ventured into teaching, leading acting institutions across Australia, and currently serves as the Managing Director of the QLD branch of McLeod Casting, expanding his expertise into casting. He is also one of eleven worldwide facilitators endorsed to teach the Eric Morris technique, offering private acting coaching.
