The brilliant sportsman Brian Harman is a professional golfer, who plays on the PGA Tour. He has gone on to compete in the Masters Tournament, the PGA Championship, the Open Championship, and at the US Open where he tied for 2nd in 2017. He has also represented the United States at the 2005 and 2006 Walker Cup, and at the 2006 and 2007 Palmer Cup.
Born and raised in Georgia, Harman started playing golf at a young age. He later played collegiate golf at the University of Georgia where he was a 3x 2nd team All-American. In 2003 he won the US Junior Amateur, as well as the 2005 Players Amateur, and the Porter Cup in 2007, where he shot a tournament record of 22-under-par 258. He was also part of the winning US Teams at the 2005 and 2006 Walker Cup, and at the 2007 Palmer Cup.
Harman turned professional in 2010, and claimed his first PGA Tour victory at the 2014 John Deere Classic. He has since gone on to compete at the Masters Tournament, the PGA Championship, The Open Championship, and at the US Open, where he tied for 2nd in 2017.
