Casey Affleck

Casey Affleck is an Academy Award-winning actor known for his compelling and versatile performances in independent and blockbuster cinema, as well as his work as a filmmaker and producer. After earning critical acclaim and an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of Robert Ford in the 2007 film ‘The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford,’ Casey Affleck built a distinguished career across independent and blockbuster cinema. His early film work included a debut in Gus Van Sant’s ‘To Die For’ (1995) and a supporting role in ‘Good Will Hunting’ (1997), written by his brother Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. Affleck later starred as Virgil Malloy in Steven Soderbergh’s commercially successful ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ (2001), a role he reprised in ‘Ocean’s Twelve’ (2004) and ‘Ocean’s Thirteen’ (2007).
