Chase Blackburn

Chase Blackburn has transitioned from a Super Bowl-winning NFL player to a highly respected special teams coordinator in the National Football League. After securing two Super Bowl victories as a pivotal linebacker for the New York Giants, Chase Blackburn has built a formidable second career as a highly respected special teams coordinator in the National Football League. Prior to his professional career, Blackburn was a three-year starter at the University of Akron, participating in 45 games, accumulating 293 tackles, and earning Second-Team All-MAC honors in 2003, culminating in an appearance in the Gridiron Classic in 2004. He began his NFL playing career in 2005 as an undrafted free agent with the New York Giants, where he played for eight seasons.

He served as the Assistant Special Teams Coordinator for the Tennessee Titans in 2022, before being named the Special Teams Coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams in 2023, a position he currently holds. With the Rams, he has continued to lead highly successful special teams units, with multiple players recognized for their standout rookie seasons and the units consistently achieving strong statistical rankings in the league, underscoring his ability to develop talent and optimize performance at the highest level of professional football.
