After the critically acclaimed film Eden, based on her life experiences and starring Beau Bridges and Jamie Chung, was released in 2013 with Chong Kim serving as a pivotal film consultant, she solidified her position as a leading voice and advocate against human trafficking, domestic violence, and child sex exploitation. Ms. Kim has been a prominent motivational speaker since March 2003, providing critical insights into prevention strategies for child exploitation, runaways, and domestic violence.

Her production endeavors through E40S LLC have garnered significant industry attention, most notably when its compelling short film earned an impressive 13 International Awards in 2023. Demonstrating her continued influence within the independent film community, Ms. Kim served as a distinguished presenter at the Texas Indie Filmmaker Awards in 2024.
