Chris Colfer gained international recognition for his acting, singing, and writing, notably through his role in ‘Glee’ and his bestselling book series, ‘The Land of Stories.’ After gaining international recognition for his pivotal role as Kurt Hummel in the Fox television series Glee, Chris Colfer quickly solidified his status as a multi-hyphenate talent in acting, singing, and writing. Debuting in 2009, Colfer’s portrayal of Kurt, a fashionable gay countertenor, was so impactful that the show’s creator, Ryan Murphy, developed the character specifically for him following his audition.
