Collin Klein

Collin Klein, a 2012 Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award winner and Heisman Trophy finalist, propelled Kansas State to an 11-1 record and the Big 12 Conference Championship during his senior season. He was also named the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year, Big 12 Athlete of the Year, a Second-team All-American, and Kellen Moore Award winner in 2012. He also earned First-team All-Big 12 selection in both 2011 and 2012. As starting quarterback in 2011, he led the Wildcats to a commanding 7-0 start, marking the program’s best since 1999.

In January 2024, Klein joined the Texas A&M Aggies as Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach. During his inaugural season, he contributed to the Aggies’ 5-0 start in SEC play, the program’s best SEC start since 1998, with the rushing offense ranking 2nd in the SEC and 26th nationally. Throughout his coaching career, Klein has been instrumental in developing elite talent, mentoring notable players such as Skylar Thompson, who was drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the 2022 NFL Draft, and multiple All-Americans including Deuce Vaughn. Klein holds a B.S.

in Business Financial Services and Controllership from Kansas State (2011) and an M.S. in Academic Advising from Kansas State (2019).
