Deuce Mcallister

Deuce McAllister has transitioned from a decorated NFL running back to a respected sports analyst and community leader. After setting multiple school records at the University of Mississippi from 1997 to 2000, Deuce McAllister distinguished himself as the only player in Ole Miss history to achieve three seasons with over 1,000 all-purpose yards. His collegiate tenure saw him establish school records for carries, total rushing yards, rushing touchdowns, total touchdowns, points, and 100-yard games. This impressive performance culminated in his selection by the New Orleans Saints in the first round as the 23rd overall pick of the 2001 NFL Draft.

Simultaneously, he took on the role of athletic consultant for St. Martin’s Episcopal School in 2017. McAllister continues to expand his influence within the sports world, serving as a game analyst for the SEC Network. Beyond broadcasting, he is a successful entrepreneur, operating the Ole Saint restaurant and sports bar chain, demonstrating significant business and charitable interests throughout Louisiana.

His commitment to education and community was acknowledged with an honoris causa initiation into Omicron Delta Kappa at the University of Holy Cross in 2020.
