Esther Cañadas was born on March 1, 1977, in Albacete, Spain. Although she initially considered a career in criminology, her mother encouraged her to pursue modeling. This led Cañadas to relocate, first to Barcelona, then to Milan, and eventually to New York, establishing the foundation of her career in the fashion industry. Her distinctive look and confident demeanor quickly gained recognition, leading to a significant presence on international runways and in major advertising campaigns throughout the 1990s and early 2000s.
Throughout her modeling career, Cañadas walked for numerous high-profile designers, including Chloé, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Chanel, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Alexander McQueen, Yves Saint Laurent, Valentino, Moschino, Custo Barcelona, and Givenchy.
