Jace Lamban, known by her stage name Eva Le Queen, was born on October 29, 1987. Prior to her career in drag, she earned a marketing degree in Singapore and worked for eight years as a project manager and human resources consultant. During this period, she engaged in drag performance concurrently with her corporate responsibilities. Her drag persona, Eva Le Queen, is characterized by its elegance, poise, and an aesthetic influenced by literary and cinematic villains, coupled with a performance style that balances comedy and visual appeal.
Eva Le Queen rose to public prominence as a contestant on the inaugural season of Drag Race Philippines in 2022, securing a position as a finalist and ultimately tying for 3rd/4th place. Following this, she participated in RuPaul’s Drag Race Global All Stars in 2024, placing tenth overall. Beyond her competitive appearances, Eva Le Queen is a co-founder of Drag Playhouse PH, a drag entertainment company that facilitates opportunities for local drag talent. Her work through Drag Playhouse PH and her individual career endeavors have contributed to professionalizing the art of drag in the Philippines, providing a platform for performers and fostering collaborations within the entertainment industry.
Her career includes notable television appearances, such as serving as a guest on “Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10” in 2022, where she acted as a drag mother to housemates. She has also released music as a featured artist, including “Pop Off Ate – Floxbomb Girls Version” (2022) and “Everybody Say Love (fresh M-E-a-T K-Pop Mix)” (2024). Eva Le Queen hosts a podcast titled “Evangelism” on her YouTube channel, where she interviews Filipino drag performers, further contributing to community engagement and discourse within the drag scene.
