Jackie Gillies

Jakica Gillies, known professionally as Jackie Gillies, was born on June 11, 1980, in Split, SR Croatia, SFR Yugoslavia. Her family immigrated to Australia when she was weeks old, settling in Newcastle, New South Wales, where she spent her childhood and early adult life before moving to Melbourne. Initially, Gillies worked in corporate banking as a casual relief teller. She transitioned from this role to pursue a career as a full-time professional psychic medium, a field in which she has since gained considerable recognition.

Gillies rose to public prominence through her participation as an original cast member in “The Real Housewives of Melbourne,” a reality television series. Her career expanded with appearances on other Australian reality programs, including the fourth season of “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!” in 2018, where she finished in 7th place after 39 days. In 2023, she and her husband, Ben Gillies, competed in the seventh season of “The Amazing Race Australia.” Beyond television, Gillies has authored books and co-owns the wellness brand La Mascara, which focuses on holistic well-being.
