Jason Bateman

Jason Bateman is a multifaceted American talent, known for his work as an actor, director, and producer in both film and television, bringing a distinctive presence to a variety of projects. After making history as the youngest-ever director in the Directors Guild of America at just 18, helming three episodes of ‘The Hogan Family’ in the mid-1980s (a series in which he also starred), Jason Bateman went on to establish a versatile career as an actor, director, and producer across film and television. His television debut came in 1981 on ‘Little House on the Prairie’ as James Cooper Ingalls, followed by a recurring role on ‘Silver Spoons’ from 1982 to 1984, portraying Derek Taylor. In 1984, Bateman secured his own starring role in the NBC sitcom ‘It’s Your Move,’ solidifying his status as a teen idol during the era.

Beyond his extensive acting and directing career, Bateman diversified his ventures into producing with his company, Aggregate Films, which holds a deal with Universal.
