Jeremiah Sirles had a six-year career in the NFL, during which he played over 40 games as a guard for the San Diego Chargers, Minnesota Vikings, and Buffalo Bills. He retired in March 2020 and is now a certified NFL agent and part-owner of the One West Sports Group agency. He is particularly popular on social media where has gained 23,000 followers thanks to his insights into the world of Football.
Sirles was born in Lakewood, Colorado, in 1991. His footballing success began in high school, playing for the Bear Creek High School Bears. During his time there, he won All-Colorado honours twice as well as several All-State honours from various outlets. He also helped his team to the state quarter-finals twice and was a member of the state tournament-winning basketball team in his senior year. Football won out, however, and he committed to play for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers. During his four years with them, he played in 53 games, won the Cornhuskers Guy Chamberlin Award, and won several All-Big Ten honours.
Sadly undrafted in the 2014 NFL Draft, he was quickly snapped up by the San Diego Chargers and made his NFL debut for them shortly afterwards. He then moved to the Minnesota Vikings for two seasons, playing in 28 games for them before moving to the Carolina Panthers. Injury sidelined him, however, and he moved to the Buffalo Bills, but unable to regain full fitness, announced his retirement just before the pandemic closed the game down anyway. Now happy in the world of sports agency, he continues to stay closely involved with the game he loves.
