Jeremiah Sirles

Jeremiah Sirles was born on August 8, 1991, in Lakewood, Colorado. He attended Bear Creek High School, where he excelled in football, basketball, and track & field, earning multiple All-Colorado and all-conference honors for his performance on the football field. He continued his football career at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, playing for the Nebraska Cornhuskers from 2010 to 2013 after being redshirted in 2009. During his college tenure, Sirles played in 53 games, starting 41, and was recognized with second-team All-Big Ten honors as a junior and honorable mention All-Big Ten as a senior. He also received the Guy Chamberlin Award in 2013, recognizing his leadership and contributions to the team.

Sirles entered the professional football scene after going undrafted in the 2014 NFL draft, subsequently signing with the San Diego Chargers on May 10, 2014. He made his NFL debut on December 20, 2014, and earned his first career start as a right guard on December 28, 2014. His career progressed with a trade to the Minnesota Vikings on September 5, 2015. While with the Vikings, Sirles demonstrated his versatility, stepping in at various offensive line positions, including left guard and right tackle, and starting games due to injuries to teammates. His performance during the 2016 and 2017 seasons highlighted his adaptability and reliability on the offensive line. Following his time with the Vikings, Sirles signed with the Carolina Panthers in March 2018 and later with the Buffalo Bills in September 2018, where he re-signed for a year in January 2019 before being placed on injured reserve and subsequently released in July 2019. Sirles officially announced his retirement from football on March 2, 2020.

Following his retirement from professional football, Jeremiah Sirles transitioned into a new phase of his career as a certified NFL agent. He became a partner at One West Sports Group, an agency that benefits from his direct experience as a former NFL player. In this role, Sirles utilizes his understanding of the professional football landscape to represent and guide athletes. He has been certified by the NFLPA since 2021 and has negotiated a reported 8 current contracts. His current work involves leveraging his six-year NFL career to help others navigate their own paths in professional sports, emphasizing mentorship and strategic career development for players.
