Joel Montague is a Cheshire-based actor, who has already made quite an impression in musical theatre. This tall actor went down the educational route, graduating among many other talented performers from the Guildford School of Acting.
After completing his three year degree, Montague went on to appear in Billy Elliot at the Victoria Palace Theatre, London. This stage show of the acclaimed movie turned out to be very popular, and this early breakthrough appearance had a big impact on the career of Montague.
Montague then went on to appear in Swing, before more recently taking a major role in the theatrical production of the Whoopi Goldberg movie Sister Act. The ensemble cast that was assembled for this musical was particularly well received, and it remains a massive favourite all over the country.
During his career, Montague has constantly emphasised his willingness to try anything new, and to express his creative side. After performing regularly on at this stage, he also formed his own production company in the North West, Curtain Call Productions, which has seen Montague move on to directing and choreographing his own shows.
