Keiynan Lonsdale

Keiynan Lonsdale was born on December 19, 1991, in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. His career began at age 16 with a dancing role in the 2007 film ‘Razzle Dazzle: A Journey into Dance’. Following this, he appeared in an episode of the Australian medical drama ‘All Saints’ in 2008. From 2012 to 2013, Lonsdale gained wider recognition for his role as Oliver Lloyd in the Australian teen drama series ‘Dance Academy’, transitioning from a recurring character in season two to a regular in season three. He also served as a VJ for MTV Australia and New Zealand for nearly three years, expanding his presence in entertainment.

Lonsdale’s career gained international traction with his role as Uriah Pedrad in the film ‘The Divergent Series: Insurgent’ (2015), a role he briefly reprised in ‘The Divergent Series: Allegiant’ (2016). In 2015, he joined the cast of The CW’s ‘The Flash’ as Wally West, later becoming Kid Flash in season three, a character he also played in ‘DC’s Legends of Tomorrow’ (2017-2018) and ‘Supergirl’ (2017). A pivotal role came in 2018 as Bram Greenfeld in the critically acclaimed film ‘Love, Simon’, based on Becky Albertalli’s novel.
