California native Berglund has breathed life into many characters, on both the big and small screens, and is a captivating performer with a dazzling portfolio. Berglund is well-known for her leading role in Disney XD’s popular series Lab Rats, and its spinoff Lab Rats: Elite Force. A Disney alumni, Berglund also starred opposite Noah Centineo in the hit Disney Channel Original Movie How to Build a Better Boy.

In 2019, Berglund wowed in FX’s Emmy award-winning biopic Fosse/Verdon, which saw her playing a young Gwen Verdon.
