Kevin Tillie

Kevin Tillie is an Outside Hitter for Projekt Warsaw and the France national team, celebrated for his multiple Olympic gold medals and European Championship title. After distinguishing himself at Thompson Rivers University, where he earned All-Canadian Team honors and ranked second nationally in kills per set and total kills during the 2009-2011 seasons, Kevin Tillie transferred to the University of California, Irvine. He then embarked on his professional club career, joining CMC Ravenna in Italy in 2013, before moving to Arkas ?zmir in Turkey in 2014, where he secured a Turkish Championship title in the 2014–15 season. Tillie continued his career progression by joining Poland’s PlusLiga with ZAKSA K?dzierzyn-Ko?le in 2015, where he achieved significant domestic success, winning the Polish Championship in both the 2015–16 and 2016–17 seasons, alongside a Polish Cup victory in 2016–17.

His contributions were pivotal in France’s historic Olympic Gold Medal victory at Tokyo 2020 (awarded in 2021), an achievement that led to his recognition as a Knight of the Legion of Honour in 2021. In 2022, Tillie returned to Projekt Warsaw, where he continues to be a key player, helping the team clinch the CEV Challenge Cup in the 2023–24 season. He maintained his elite performance with the France national team, earning another gold medal at the FIVB Nations League in 2024, followed by a second Olympic Gold Medal at the Paris 2024 Games. Tillie’s consistent high-level play and leadership have solidified his status as one of volleyball’s most decorated international athletes.
