Kristian Blummenfelt

Kristian Blummenfelt is an Olympic gold medalist and multiple World Champion triathlete, renowned for his dominance across short, half-Ironman, and full Ironman distances. After commencing his triathlon career officially in 2013, Kristian Blummenfelt quickly established himself as a formidable talent, securing a bronze medal at the 2015 European Championships. His dedication earned him an Olympic appearance at the 2016 Games in Rio, where he placed 13th. Previously, Blummenfelt competed as a track runner with clubs Fana IL and TIF Viking, participating in the 2011 European Cross Country Championships.

Demonstrating continued elite performance, he secured first place at the Mainova IRONMAN Frankfurt European Championship in 2025, also taking top honors at IRONMAN 70.3 Aix-en-Provence in 2025.
