Prior to his collegiate achievements, Sloter distinguished himself at Mount Pisgah Christian School, where he set school records with 9,200 total yards and 87 career touchdowns, earning two First-Team All-State selections.
Sloter extended his professional football career into spring leagues, being selected in the first round of the 2022 USFL draft by the New Orleans Breakers. He quickly made an impact, being named USFL Offensive Player of the Week twice in Week 2 and Week 7. He played a key role in the Breakers forcing the first overtime in USFL history and earned a coveted spot on the All-USFL Team in 2022, finishing second in the league in passing yards with 1,798. His notable performance with the New Orleans Breakers was further recognized when his jersey was displayed at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2022.
In 2023, Sloter continued his journey in professional spring football, joining the Arlington Renegades in the XFL where he started in four games. He then signed with the Birmingham Stallions in the USFL, contributing to their success as part of the 2023 USFL Championship winning team. Leveraging the competitive drive and leadership skills honed throughout his extensive football career, Sloter has also transitioned into the entrepreneurial space, focusing on startup investing and business ventures.
