Lapat Ngamchaweng

Lapat Ngamchaweng, born on November 24, 1998, in Bangkok, Thailand, began his artistic journey at a young age. He attended New Sathorn International School and later graduated from the Faculty of Communication Arts at Chulalongkorn University in 2020. His initial foray into the entertainment industry included a role in a 2012 Thai remake of ‘Romeo and Juliet’, where he played the child lead. Following this, he signed with the record label Kamikaze in 2013, marking the beginning of his singing career. His debut single, “Reminder,” released on August 27, 2014, as Third Kamikaze, achieved significant success, garnering over 317 million views on YouTube by August 2021, and becoming the label’s most-watched video. He continued to release successful singles such as “Love Warning” (2016) and “Stay” (2017), with “Love Warning” reaching over 263 million views by February 2025. He also starred in the short film ‘5 Degrees 37 Minutes’ (2016).

In 2018, Lapat transitioned to 4NOLOGUE and became a member of the group Nine by Nine. During this period, he expanded his acting portfolio by starring in the TV series ‘In Family We Trust’ (2018) as “Tao” and ‘Great Men Academy’ (2019) as “Nuclear.” After the Nine by Nine project concluded, he became one of the founding members of the Thai boy group TRINITY in 2019, alongside former Nine by Nine co-members. He continued to gain industry recognition, winning Best Team Ensemble at the 10th Nataraj Awards (2019) for ‘In Family We Trust’, and Trending Artist at the Kazz Awards 2020. His major film debut came in 2020 with ‘Mother Gamer’, where his performance as “Kobsak” earned him Best Actor nominations at the 17th Komchadluek Awards and the 11th Thai Film Directors Association Awards. In 2021, he received the Moral Creation Media Award for Movies at the 2020 Moral Media Awards and the Youth Favorite Artist – Group at the 2020-2021 Thailand Master Youth Awards.

Lapat continued his acting career by taking on the main role of “Key” in the 2022 Thai TV series ‘To My Puzzle Pieces’. He also notably performed as a special guest at the Kamikaze Party 2022, revisiting his solo hits. On December 15, 2023, he announced his decision not to renew his contract with 4NOLOGUE, opting to pursue independent projects while maintaining his role as a TRINITY member under mutual consideration between the company and himself as an individual artist.
