Mai Omar is an Egyptian actress and writer known for her roles in popular television series and films. After making a notable debut as ‘Wala’a’ in the 2013 television series Hekayet Hayah, Mai Omar went on to establish herself as a prominent Egyptian actress and writer. Her early career saw her take on the role of Layla in the 2014 TV series Words on Paper, followed by a significant part in The Legend in 2016. Building momentum, Omar starred in multiple projects in 2017, including the films Goodnight, where she portrayed Saja/Nada, and Last Rooster in Egypt, depicting Rania Mahmoud.
