Michelle Kroppen

Michelle Kroppen established herself as a decorated German archer after making her international debut in 2013, quickly rising to achieve a world ranking of 11 in Recurve Women. Her early career highlights include securing five World Cup stage medals and one World Cup Final medal, demonstrating her consistent performance. Kroppen continued her ascent in 2018, earning a bronze medal in the women’s team recurve event at the European Archery Championships in Legnica, Poland. This success was followed in 2019 with a bronze medal in the mixed team recurve event, achieved alongside Cedric Rieger, at the European Games in Minsk, Belarus.

That same year, she added another bronze medal to her collection in the mixed team recurve event at the European Games in Kraków-Ma?opolska, underscoring her consistent presence on the podium at major international competitions. Most recently, Kroppen showcased her prowess at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics, where she earned a silver medal in the highly competitive mixed team event. Her Olympic performance also included reaching the quarterfinal in the women’s team event and progressing to the third round in the individual competition. With a career defined by multiple Olympic and World Championship medals, Michelle Kroppen consistently performs at the elite level of international archery.
