Mikaela Mayer

Mikaela Mayer is an American professional boxer and Olympic athlete, recognized for her achievements in unified super-featherweight and welterweight divisions. After an impressive amateur career culminated in representing the United States at the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics in the women’s 60 kg lightweight category, Mikaela Mayer transitioned to professional boxing, building on a foundation of significant international success. As an amateur, Mayer earned a bronze medal at the 2012 AIBA Women’s World Boxing Championships in the light welterweight division. Her amateur accolades also include gold medals at both the 2016 AIBA Americas Qualifier and the 2012 AMBC Continental Championships.
