Nina Betschart

Nina Betschart is a highly decorated Swiss professional beach volleyball player, renowned for her multiple European Championship titles and Olympic bronze medal, making her a compelling figure for brands seeking association with athletic excellence and consistent performance. After becoming the youngest player to win a gold medal at the FIVB U21 World Championships in 2011 with Joana Heidrich, Nina Betschart continued her rapid ascent in professional beach volleyball. She repeated this success in 2012, securing her second FIVB U21 World Championship gold with Anouk Vergé-Dépré, becoming only the second woman to achieve back-to-back titles with different partners. Her distinguished junior career, spanning 2008 to 2015, included multiple Swiss Junior Championships (U15-U21) and numerous European Championship medals at U18, U20 (Gold with Nicole Eiholzer in 2013, 2014), and U22 levels (Gold with Eiholzer in 2015).

This Olympic achievement was preceded by a Gold Medal at the Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour Elite 16 Tepic (2024) and a Silver Medal at the Elite 16 Espinho (2024). Further solidifying her status as a global leader in beach volleyball, Brunner most recently clinched a Gold Medal at the Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour Elite 16 Hamburg in 2024. Throughout her decorated career, she has been recognized with multiple individual accolades, including numerous Swiss Volley Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the Year honors and the title of Zug Sportswoman of the Year on several occasions. Demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development beyond her athletic pursuits, Nina Brunner is also pursuing a distance education in psychology.
