Pj Sin Suela

Pj Sin Suela achieved significant commercial success in August 2018 with his collaboration alongside Bad Bunny and Ñejo on the single ‘Cual Es Tu Plan?’, which soared to number 13 on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart and number 17 on the Billboard Latin Digital Song Sales chart. His career pivot to music followed earning an MD degree from Universidad Central del Caribe in 2015, a path that saw him providing crucial medical assistance to Puerto Ricans following Hurricane Maria in 2017. Later in September 2018, Pj Sin Suela continued to broaden his reach, opening for acclaimed artist Residente and featuring on Lin-Manuel Miranda’s ‘A Forgotten Spot’ with other prominent Puerto Rican artists. Recognized for his distinctive voice and socially conscious lyrics, Pj Sin Suela was named one of ’10 Latin Artists to Watch in 2019′ by Billboard.

His extensive discography includes ‘Letra Pa’ tu Coco’ (2015), ‘De Vuelta a Casa’ (2021), and ‘Chinchorreo Vol.1’ (2023). In 2024, he released the critically acclaimed album ‘Toda Época Tiene Su Encanto,’ which Rolling Stone recognized as one of their ’50 Best Latin Albums of 2024.’ Further solidifying his impact and innovative approach, Pj Sin Suela made history on May 1, 2025, by becoming the first artist to perform on NPR’s Tiny Desk Concerts series with an ASL interpreter, emphasizing accessibility and broadening his platform.
