Ricky Rojas

Ricky Rojas is a performer recognized for his dynamic roles in Broadway and West End productions, offering brands an association with high-energy theatrical excellence. After originating the critically acclaimed role of Santiago in ‘Moulin Rouge! The Musical’ on Broadway in 2019, Ricky Rojas established himself as a dynamic presence in musical theatre. His association with the production began earlier with its world premiere in Boston in 2018, and he has since reprised the role of Santiago multiple times, including a significant return to Broadway in March 2024.

Rojas’s extensive career in live theatre spans decades, with his earlier work including a prominent turn as Joe ‘Jose’ Vegas in the West End production of ‘Fame: The Musical,’ which he performed starting in 1995. Rojas continued to build his diverse portfolio with a significant Broadway performance in ‘Burn the Floor’ at the Longacre Theatre in 2009. His West End career further expanded with a range of major productions, showcasing his versatility across genres. These roles included appearances in ‘Sister Act The Musical,’ ‘Tonight’s the Night: Rod Stewart Musical,’ and ‘Grease.’ He also performed in ‘Flashdance The Musical,’ ‘The Pirates of Penzance,’ ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ at the Adelphi Theatre, and ‘The Buddy Holly Story’ at the Novello Theatre, demonstrating a consistent and impactful engagement with prominent musicals throughout his career.
