Professional golf star Ryann O’Toole is causing a stir on the LPGA tour. Since debuting at the Futures Tour in 2009, O’Toole has continued to push the boundaries of her sport. She has competed in the likes of CN Canadian Women’s Open as well as the Safeway Classic. Born and raised in Agoura Hills, California, O’Toole nurtured her love of the game in her childhood years. Splitting her time between the local San Clemente Municipal Golf Course and her passion for wakeboarding and surfing, O’Toole began refining her skills early on. Now one of the most exciting players on the green, O’Toole is undeniably one to watch.
O’Toole’s days at UCLA laid the foundation to her meteoric career. There, O’Toole recorded 12 Top 10 finishes and set the course record of 66 at Colwood Golf Club in Victoria, British Columbia. O’Toole’s advance to the Futures Tour has seen some of her most significant challenges and accomplishments. This includes three Top 10 finishes during the 2016 LPGA season, where she climbed 16 spots in the player rankings. Throughout the 2020-2021 season, O’Toole can be seen holding her own on the course. With a stellar performance at the Pelican Club of Belleair, O’Toole continues to bring her A-Game to every competition.
Beyond the competitive field, O’Toole featured in the Golf Channel’s reality show “The Big Break.” The show followed aspiring young golfers as they found their footing in the professional tournament and tour circuit. A health and fitness advocate, O’Toole was named as a Global Ambassador to the Golf & Health Project nack in 2016. In her spare time, O’Toole enjoys getting lost in the wilderness, yoga, snowboarding, skateboarding and living life to the full with her fiance, Gina Marra.
