Petrolhead Tanner Foust is a versatile and multi-talented driver, TV presenter, and stuntman. He has a proven track record of podium placements, and national championships. He is 10x X Games gold medalist 4x RallyCross champion and winning competitor in Rally, Drift, Road Racing, Off-Road Racing and Rallycross. He has held multiple world records, scored the indoor speed record for TV’s Top Gear USA, and set a distance jump record with Hot Wheels at the Indy 500 in 2011. Off the track, he was a host for History Channel’s Top Gear, and performs stunts for various films, TV shows, and commercials.
Born in Colorado, and raised there as well as in Scotland, Foust had a love for driving at an early age. He worked as a golf caddy and bus driver prior to attending the University of Colorado, and spent his summers working as a mechanic to fund his racing ambitions. After graduating, he began working as an ice driving coach, an instructor at marketing events, and competed in many races, including rally and drifting. He became a professional racer in 2003, and then moved to California to begin stunt driving for the movies, going on to work on such blockbusters as The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, The Bourne Ultimatum, Iron Man 2, and Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw.
