Tasnia Zamil Farin, born on January 30, 1992, in Meherpur, Khulna, Bangladesh, has become a prominent figure in the entertainment industry. Her education at Holy Cross Girls’ High School, Holy Cross College, Dhaka, and Bangladesh University of Professionals laid the groundwork for her career. Farin began her acting journey on the small screen in 2017 with the drama ‘Amra Abar Firbo Kobe’. Her early career also saw her working on an advertisement campaign for bKash in 2018 alongside Mashrafe Mortaza. A turning point in her early popularity was her role in the drama ‘X Boyfriend’, which gained significant attention. By 2019, she had already acted in approximately eighty dramas, demonstrating her commitment and rapid ascent in the industry.
Farin’s career progression accelerated with her performance in the web series ‘Ladies & Gentlemen’, directed by Mostofa Sarwar Farooki, which earned her critical acclaim. She also starred in the web series ‘Karagar’ and ‘Troll’, further solidifying her presence in the digital streaming landscape. Her work extends beyond web series to include feature films, such as her debut Indian Bengali film ‘Aaro Ek Prithibi’ in 2023, where she played the role of Pratiksha.
