He is self-taught in web design and digital marketing, skills he utilized to build his career. Reilly founded Reilly Talent, a company that manages prominent social media influencers in Australia. Through Reilly Talent, he has established strong relationships with creators, often beginning as friendships that evolve into strategic partnerships. His work involves nurturing these creators and assisting them in diversifying their content to maintain audience engagement. Beyond talent management, Reilly is also involved in various other companies, holding positions on their boards. He has developed expertise in creating viral content, actively sharing strategies in this area.

In addition to his management work, Taylor Reilly has directly participated in the social media space, notably rising to fame on the short-form video platform Vine. He continues to create varied content, including vlogs, reaction videos, and comedy sketches, often sharing these on platforms like YouTube. His career includes consulting on brand and partnerships for major sporting events and co-founding and designing for Principal The Label.
