Thanawat Rattanakitpaisan

Born on October 13, 1998, in Lamphun Province, Thailand, Thanawat Rattanakitpaisan, also known as Khaotung, initially pursued higher education in medical technology at Chiang Mai University. He later transferred to Kasetsart University to study Environmental Engineering. His career in entertainment began in 2018 when he signed with GMMTV and made his acting debut in the series “‘Cause You’re My Boy.” This early exposure provided a foundation for his subsequent work, leading to various supporting roles that built his experience in the industry.

Thanawat’s career trajectory saw a significant turning point in 2020 with his first leading role as Chonlatee in the BL series “Tonhon Chonlatee.” This was followed by his portrayal of Longtae in “A Tale of Thousand Stars” in 2021, and the release of his single “Never Too Late,” the opening theme for his starring series “55:15 Never Too Late.” His role as Ayan in “The Eclipse” (2022) garnered critical acclaim, including a Best BL Series award and an Asia Television Awards nomination for Best Theme Song. In 2023, he received the Best Supporting Actor award at the Y Universe Awards for his performance as Gaipa in “Moonlight Chicken” and a nomination for Best Actor in a Leading Role at the same awards for “Only Friends.” He continues his career by taking on new roles such as Bison in “The Heart Killers” (2024) and becoming a host for “School Rangers” in 2024.
