Toni Bradshaw, born on February 25, 1976, in New Zealand, began her athletic career representing her country in triathlon at the age group level on three occasions. She transitioned her focus entirely to road cycling in 2001. Throughout her career, Bradshaw demonstrated consistent performance in various road cycling disciplines, particularly in one-day races and general classifications.
Bradshaw represented New Zealand at the UCI Road World Championships in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2010, showcasing her abilities on the international stage. Significant achievements include securing 3rd place in the Oceania Continental Championships WE – Road Race in 2005 and another 3rd place in stage 1 of the Tour de Bretagne Féminin in 2007. She also achieved a 7th place in the General Classification of the Grande Boucle Féminine Internationale in 2006. In 2008, she was part of the Team Swift Racing.
Her career highlights also include an 11th place in the General Classification of the Women’s Tour of New Zealand in 2010, where she also secured a 12th place in Stage 2 and a 15th place in Stage 6. Bradshaw’s performance rankings show consistent placement within the top 150 female cyclists globally, reaching her highest PCS ranking of 106 in 2006 with 69 points.
