Trey Hopkins, a formidable offensive lineman, transitioned from college football prominence to a significant career in the NFL, culminating in a Super Bowl LVI appearance. After distinguishing himself as an All-Area, All-State, and All-American offensive lineman at North Shore High School, Trey Hopkins went on to achieve significant national recognition, including being named one of Rivals.com’s top 100 prospects and the #1 guard nationally. As a sophomore, he recorded 36 pancake blocks and 38 knockdowns, contributing to North Shore’s successful 14-1 season and district championship. He followed this with 44 pancake blocks and 40 knockdowns as a junior, earning All-state honorable mention and first-team All-Greater Houston honors.
Over the subsequent two seasons, he maintained his starting role, playing in all but three games, and notably served as the Bengals’ starting center in Super Bowl LVI in 2022. He concluded his impactful career with the Bengals following the 2021 season, having played a total of 76 career NFL games with 67 starts. Beyond his distinguished career on the field, Trey Hopkins further invested in his professional development. He pursued and successfully earned a Master’s degree from the prestigious Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington, showcasing his commitment to excellence both in athletics and academic pursuits.
