DJ Jazzy Jeff, Danny Rampling and Jazzie B to play Liverpool International Music Festival 2018

This year’s Liverpool International Music Festival lineup includes DJ Jazzy Jeff, Danny Rampling and Jazzie B among other great acts.

Taking place in just over two weeks (on 21st and 22nd July), Liverpool International Music Festival is set to have one of its best lineups yet, with big names from the world of electronic music performing.

Global superstar DJ Jazzy Jeff headlines the True School Clubhouse on the Sunday on a bill that also includes the likes of Gilles Peterson and Don Letts. DJ Jazzy Jeff is on a roll at the moment, releasing his stellar solo album M3 and a stunning Summertime Mixtape in the past few months.

On Saturday, Jazzie B, Danny Rampling and Kayper will spin in the True School Clubhouse, with headliner Trevor Nelson wrapping things up. Jazzie B, founder of Soul II Soul, will no doubt bring soulful vibes to proceedings leading the way for Trevor Nelson. Danny Rampling, meanwhile, will no doubt be aware that 2018 is the 30th anniversary of the Second Summer of Love, a period in which he played a major part. So expect a celebratory set from the acid house pioneer. Rounding out the lineup, young gun Kayper will bring a vibrant edge to the festival.
