Flosstradamus

Flosstradamus is the stage name of American DJ and producer Curt Cameruci. Originating from Chicago and now based in Los Angeles, Flosstradamus came to prominence through collaborations with artists such as Major Lazer, Matt & Kim, A-Trak, and Baauer. His career highlights include iconic tracks such as the Flosstradamus Remix of Major Lazer’s “Original Don,” which is often credited with popularizing the trap genre. Other notable releases include “CROWD CNTRL,” “Mosh Pit,” “TTU (Too Turnt Up),” “Soundclash,” and “Prison Riot.”

Beyond music production, Flosstradamus established a Hi-Def lifestyle brand, encompassing apparel, an annual HDYFEST event, and the record label Hi Def Youth. The dedicated fanbase, known as the HDYNATION, has become a recognized community in dance music. In 2014, Flosstradamus demonstrated an innovative approach to fan engagement at SXSW by launching a guerrilla WiFi network, PLURNTNET, which allowed fans to download exclusive tracks.

The original duo, formed in 2007 with Josh Young, pursued solo careers in 2016, with Cameruci continuing under the Flosstradamus name. Since then, Cameruci has released singles such as “Back Again” (2017) featuring Waka Flocka Flame and developed touring partnerships like Dillstradamus with Dillon Francis. He continues to expand his musical repertoire and collaborate with a diverse range of artists including G.T.A, Lil’ Jon, Waka Flocka Flame, Post Malone, and Travis Porter.
