Kid Cudi, also known as Scott Mescudi, is an American rapper, singer, record producer, actor, and fashion designer, recognized for his genre-blending music and introspective lyrics that often address mental health. After his self-published song ‘Day ‘n’ Nite’ began circulating on music blogs in 2007, Kid Cudi quickly caught the attention of Kanye West, leading to his signing with GOOD Music in late 2008. This breakthrough paved the way for his highly acclaimed debut studio album, ‘Man on the Moon: The End of Day,’ released in 2009.
