Alex Caige is a radio personality and TV presenter who has made waves with his energetic and fearless style of broadcasting. He hosts the weekday breakfast show, the Bang Bang Breakfast, on Tuks FM from 6-9AM. He has won multiple MTN Radio Awards for Best Campus Breakfast Presenter, Daytime Presenter, and Best Campus Breakfast Show for his work on Tuks FM. He was also nominated for Best Commercial Weekend Show at the MTN Radio Awards 2013.

South African Caige was educated at the University of Pretoria, where he also worked as a DJ on their community radio station, Tuks FM. After graduating he became the station’s Breakfast Show host, and has remained in the hot seat for over 9 years. In 2011 he also started working for 947 Joburg as a presenter and controller, and currently broadcasts on their Breakfast Club show. Away from radio, he started flying in 2016 after saving for a few years to pay for his license, and managed to finish his PPL in just 5 months. He is now a fully qualified commercial pilot and a Gr. III Flight Instructor.

Caige regularly connects with his legions of fans and followers through Instagram, and Facebook, posting pictures and videos of his life around broadcasting. His work also features on the 947 Joburg YouTube channel.
