Amer Al-Barkawi

Amer Al-Barkawi is a professional Dota 2 player known for setting records and achieving multiple major tournament victories, including The International. After gaining global recognition as the #1 MMR player in Europe and worldwide in 2015, Amer Al-Barkawi, known professionally as Miracle-, established himself as a dominant force in professional Dota 2. His entry into the competitive scene began with Balkan Bears in early 2015, before his exceptional skill led to recruitment by N0tail for the team (monkey) Business that year. This team rapidly transitioned into OG in late 2015, a pivotal moment, launching Al-Barkawi into significant victories, including securing the Frankfurt Major title in 2015 and cementing his reputation as an elite player.

Al-Barkawi and his teammates established their own organization, Nigma, in November 2019, which later rebranded as Nigma Galaxy. He continued to push boundaries, achieving 10,000 MMR in 2020 and earning the MVP Core title at OMEGA League: Europe Immortal Division the same year. Despite periods of inactivity, including a brief semi-retirement in April 2023, Al-Barkawi remains a prominent figure in the professional Dota 2 circuit, demonstrating his enduring skill and competitive drive by rejoining Nigma Galaxy’s active roster in December 2023.
