One of the most famous alumni of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, Brooklyn Decker is widely recognized both as a model and as an actress. She graced the magazine’s 2010 cover and enjoys a successful acting career that has seen her star in all seven seasons of the Netflix series Grace and Frankie.
Decker began modeling in 2002 at the age of 15 and quickly appeared in ad campaigns for Gap, American Eagle, Victoria’s Secret, and more. After moving to New York City to pursue a full-time modeling career, she auditioned for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition and made her first appearance in the magazine in 2006. She went on to be a staple of the Swimsuit Edition until 2011 including an iconic appearance on the magazine’s cover in 2010. Her top model status has resulted in countless guest appearances in television programs including Chuck, Royal Pains, Ugly Betty, The League, and New Girl. She made her feature film debut in Just Go With It in 2011 before starring in Battleship and What to Expect When You’re Expecting the following year.
Decker held a lead role in the only season of the CBS sitcom Friends With Better Lives in 2014. She then began starring as Mallory Hanson in the Netflix series Grace and Frankie, a main character through the show’s seventh and final season. In 2009, she married tennis player Andy Roddick, with the couple welcoming their son Hank in 2015 and daughter Stevie in 2017. Decker and the former No 1 tennis star recently co-starred in episodes of Celebrity Family Feud and Lip Sync Battle.
