Devonta Smith

DeVonta Smith is an accomplished NFL wide receiver, recognized for his collegiate achievements including the Heisman Trophy and multiple national championships, now a Super Bowl champion with the Philadelphia Eagles. After scoring the game-winning 41-yard touchdown reception in the College Football Playoff National Championship in 2017, Devonta Smith went on to become one of college football’s most decorated wide receivers. During his freshman year at the University of Alabama, Smith was integral to the team’s national championship victory. His collegiate career reached new heights in 2019 when he set career highs with 274 yards and five touchdowns against Ole Miss.

This monumental achievement placed him among an elite group of only five football players in history to win a Super Bowl, a college national title, and the Heisman Trophy. Solidifying his long-term commitment to the franchise, Smith signed a three-year, $75 million contract extension with the Eagles on April 15, 2024. Beyond the field, Smith is actively involved in community initiatives, annually hosting the DeVonta Smith & Friends Celebrity Softball Game to raise funds for critical autism research. He further extends his philanthropic efforts through his partnership with the NFL’s My Cause My Cleats campaign, directly supporting the Eagles Autism Foundation.
