With celebrity fans including Sir Richard Branson and iconic footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, up and coming Spanish illusionist Jack Ortega sees himself as an alchemist and scientist of human behaviour rather than an old school magician. With an innate ability to read who a person really is simply by looking into their eyes and feeling their experiences, Ortega creates mind blowing illusions for any individual he meets, whether it’s a mega star football player, top businessman or a street gangster.

Ortega grew up in poverty in Madrid, Spain, sharing a small home with six siblings and his grandparents. The first time he saw magic being performed he knew he had found his calling in life, but it was reading a book on The Law of Attraction – given to Ortega by his mother – that became a pivotal moment in his life. Sensing his innate gift to read body language and human behaviour, he left home at 15 and began to hone his own brand of ‘magic’, adapting his skills to each person he met. Whilst living in Mallorca, Ortega had always wished to meet world-famous entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson, and through a combination of self-belief and hard work he went on to achieve his dream.

Ortega’s star continues to rise, and an invitation to Cristiano Ronaldo’s private residence has generated even more interest in Ortega and his wizardry as he continues to push the boundaries of what many of us believe is humanly possible.
