James Ellsworth has made a significant impact in professional wrestling, known for his unique journey from independent circuits to prominent storylines in WWE. After captivating audiences with his memorable WWE debut in 2016, James Ellsworth brought over a decade of experience from the independent wrestling circuit, having cultivated his unique persona and in-ring abilities since 2002. Competing under the name ‘Jimmy Dream,’ he honed his craft across the Northeastern United States, securing multiple regional championships in promotions such as American Combat Wrestling, Big Time Wrestling, and First State Championship Wrestling. His foundational years included a debut in Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) in 2006, earning the Covey Promotions Cruiserweight Champion title in 2009, and co-founding his own promotion, Adrenaline Championship Wrestling (ACW), in September 2009.

His association with Carmella extended through 2018, featuring memorable moments such as being suspended in a shark cage during a match at Extreme Rules. He also made a notable return to WWE at Money in the Bank in 2018, once again assisting Carmella before his departure from the company later that year. Following his WWE tenure, Ellsworth returned to the independent circuit, continuing to compete and innovate within the professional wrestling landscape.
