A cast member on both Australian Survivor and Australian Survivor: All Stars, Jericho Malabonga is known as a fierce competitor and big personality.
When Malabonga first entered the Australian Survivor camp in 2017, not many of his other competitors saw him as a threat. Little did they know he would go on to be the overall winner of the season, seeing off other formidable competitors to take home the title and the prize money. He came in as one of the most unassuming and quiet cast members, winning his teammates over slowly but surely which would give him an advantage later in the game. He quickly emerged as an underdog, using a series of more strategic tactics as the game went on and ultimately going on to win the gruelling competition as the Sole Survivor. Malabonga then returned to the All Stars spin off version of the show, this time sadly eliminated early on in the game as he was seen as too bigger threat by the other castmates. Since leaving the show he has built up a career as a personal trainer, brand ambassador and social media personality with 17k followers on his Instagram page.
This fitness guru and television star continues to win over fans both in Australia and around the world, making TV appearances, working with brand partners and creating content for his social media pages. Malabonga has also returned to his previous job as a flight attendant, helping to bring stranded travellers home during the coronavirus pandemic.
