Kai Jones

Kai Jones transitioned from a collegiate basketball standout to a professional player in the NBA and EuroLeague. After a distinguished collegiate career culminating in his selection as the Big 12 Sixth Man of the Year and an All-Big 12 honorable mention, Kai Jones transitioned from a collegiate basketball standout to a professional player in the NBA and EuroLeague. His journey began with early international recognition, participating in the NBA’s Basketball Without Borders Americas camp in Nassau during the summer of 2017, where he trained under the mentorship of Deandre Ayton. For the 2017–18 season, Jones enrolled at Orlando Christian Prep in Orlando, Florida, playing alongside highly-rated recruits Nassir Little and C.

J. Walker and contributing significantly to the team’s FHSAA Class 3A state championship win in 2018. He continued to gain international exposure, attending the NBA Global Camp in Treviso, Italy, in the summer of 2018. Following this, he completed a postgraduate season at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, where he was named to the National Prep Invitational all-tournament team on February 4, 2019, and helped Brewster Academy secure the USA National Prep Championship in March 2019.

Building on his NBA experience, Jones embarked on an international chapter in his professional career, signing with Anadolu Efes of the Turkish Basketbol Süper Ligi (BSL) and the prestigious EuroLeague on September 15, 2025. This significant move positions him within one of Europe’s premier basketball competitions, known for its high level of play and global reach. His transition to the EuroLeague highlights his adaptability and commitment to continuous development on a global stage.
